Pricing
Steamers.com ltd web prices may vary form day to day; our aim is to offer very competitive prices on our range of products. All prices quoted on the website include vat and UK mainland delivery, there are no quantity breaks so every customer is able to get the same great prices. We have regular Special Offers for specially bought in stock items as well as Weekly Specials which are normally from our current products.

Delivery
Your order will be processed within one working day of receipt and we aim where possible to despatch orders placed by 3 o’clock for next working day delivery. If for any reason there is a problem with your order you will be contacted by email within 24 hours of a receipt of your order.

Overseas Delivery
It is not possible to give delivery charges on line for overseas shipment. If your order is to be delivered outside UK mainland we will advise you by email of the additional charge, your order will not be desptached until we receive your email confirmation that the shipping charge is acceptable.

Returns Policy
The description of all items contained on this website are as accurate as possible, please carefully read the specification of the product you are ordering and ensure it suits your needs. Some of our products are designed for very light use and therefore not suitable for commercial use, also note that price is a good indication of quality! We do not offer a money back guarantee, however if you wish to exchange an unused product for a superior model in the range we can arrange this and you will be charged the prevailing collection fee together with an £8 checking /repacking fee and the difference in cost of the superior product selected. Refunds are only given at the discretion of Steamers.com ltd. Please ensure that you read the instructions carefully for any product you have purchased, misuse and failure to follow manufacturers owner service procedures will void your warranty. We do offer return to base servicing and in the event that your product requires service please contact us through service@steamers.com
